Freshers is our first trip of the year, and it is a great way to meet other new members in the club and to give tramping a go if you haven't done it before. This is a very social trip, and is the biggest trip of the year, which is why we hire a bus for this one rather than taking cars. 

The tramping is fairly easy, and you can expect to be walking for about four hours each day. We will be travelling to the Wairarapa on Friday night and will return late afternoon on Sunday. By signing up you will get a bus ride to and from the roadend, use of club cookers and flys for sleeping under, a BBQ on Sunday afternoon, and of course a friendly helpful group leader, and a chance to get to know other trampers.

Important: If you have signed up you will be put in a group. An email Wednesday will inform you of your group leader. You will hear from your group leader by Thursday.
