Waiotauru River Day Walk

Let's walk to Waiotauru Hut and back!

We will meet at Hunter Carpark at 8:30 am, then drive to Otaki Forks. We will park at the site next to where the road is closed off, then walk to Waiotauru Hut and back, starting at about 9:30am.

Should be about 7-8 hours return trip, easy-medium difficulty. A few stream/river crossings, and minimal uphill & downhill. Hopefully we will finish by 5:30, so we can drive straight to Botans for the club night (or wherever you'd like to be dropped off, a shower may be needed before club night :) ).

Another car would be much appreciated if need be :)
