I've always loved having KFC despite it being very greasy and probably very unhealthy. There's just something about the flavour of the wicked wings that makes me crave for it whenever I'm hungry. Everything else (except the gravy) on their menu is kind of medicore.
On Friday afternoon we decided to try out the KFC at feilding. We all ordered wicked wings of some variety. I was incredibly hungry and was very glad to finally get a taste of that delicious fried chicken after so many months without it. The only disappointing thing was that it tasted the same as the wicked wings from everywhere else (but still good). I was half expecting rural KFC to be better but I enjoyed the 12 wicked wings I ordered nevertheless.
Here's what the other club members had to say about it:
Jack: "The chicken is okay, but expensive. KFC is also bogan central so it's not worth it." (he is objectively wrong).
Chris: "It hits hard after a tramp.".
Overall it was a good trip to the feilding KFC. 10/10 would eat again.
On a unrelated note, we bagged few huts in the Ruahines in the wet. I got mild hypothermia on a ridge to Top Gorge hut. S'alright.
There was also some cave we explored.
